ANSWER
Generally, the parts are ordered when you schedule a repair time. If your vehicle is found to be unsafe to drive, we will arrange a ride or rental for you and order the parts immediately.
Some parts are a "special order" and cannot be returned so payment may be required at the time they are ordered.
