ANSWER
We suggest making an appointment so we can ensure that you will not have to wait for service. A thorough estimate may take 30 minutes and estimates are written on a first come basis (unless you have an appointment)...so if you are a walk in and there are customers ahead of you it may take some time.
Some insurance companies do not accept body shop estimates and require their adjusters write the estimate. Call us and we can advise you on how to proceed without wasting your time getting multiple estimates.
